Short Story:
Two feuding millionaires, Seth Karamchand (Shattopadhyay) and Lala Jagannath's son (Prakash), want to build thier houses accross each otehr. Jagannath's son, the architect Rakesh Kumar (Dev Anand), is commissioned to construct both houses. In addition he falls in love wiht Karamchand's daughter Sulekha (Nutan). A frothy musical comedy with some classic hit songs by Rafi and Lata Mangeshkar.
